Session Description: This session will focus on research relating to the recent developments in nano, electronic and optical materials, devices and structures. Various approaches to the processing of these materials and the challenges associated with them will be summarized. The utilization of these materials in electronic, optoelectronic, magnetic, mechanical and sensor applications will be presented. Issues relating to the role of defects in determining the reliability of electronic and optoelectronic devices and circuits will be discussed. | ||||
